The Staffing Manager performs all activities related to recruiting and providing staffing services to Production Staffing Clients, to both new and existing customers. Activities require achievement of productivity in recruitment, appointment setting, filling hours and shifts, and service calls with the goal of producing growth. The Manager will be responsible to negotiate placements, manage customer expectations, and resolve customer problems with the highest level of tact and professionalism, and practices daily the AWESome service standards in order to provide the most positive experience for the customer.

Additional Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Works with employees and clients to coordinate and schedule staff
  • Fills open orders
  • Obtains staff availability; find work for staff that are available to work
  • Provides direction for team members and makes day to day operational decisions
  • Makes service calls to existing and potential customers
  • Recruits, hires, and orients new staff
  • Conducts routine audits of personnel files and ContinuLink to assure compliance.
  • Assists in approving timesheets and other payroll documentation for accurate Payroll and Billing
  • Reviews Accounts Receivable Reports and keeps Supervisor apprised of issues
  • Participates in financial management of business line
  • Identifies and conducts sales activities to ensure adequate pipelines for business development
  • Assists with contracts and agreements
  • Ensures completion, maintenance, and submission of reports and records required by NurseCore, Federal, State, and local regulations
  • Supports and exemplifies AWESome company initiatives
  • All other duties as assigned

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, strongly preferred
  • At least one year of training or experience in a service-related industry, preferably health care staffing
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and communication skills

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position, and hours of work and days are generally Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. Some weekend or evening hours may be necessary. Adherence to the Attendance, Punctuality and Dependability Policy is an essential function of the position for a variety of reasons.


Travel is primarily local during the business day, although some out-of-the-area and overnight will be expected.
