***$1000 Sign-On Bonus***

Please call or apply for details. ***Bonus paid upon completion of 250 hours in the first 90 days. Half of bonus is paid after 125 hours, the remainder is paid when 250 hours have been worked. New employees only and requires 100% completion of onboarding process within 72 hours. NO exception.

• Current  License for the State of Florida
• Current CPR Card
