Responsibilities

For our CNAs / HHAs every day is different. As a CNA / HHA with NurseCore you will provide basic patient care in the patient’s home. Because of your extensive daily contact with each patient, you play a key role in keeping the nurses up-to-date on vital information about the patients' conditions. You will be responsible for providing quality healthcare to each patient in adherence with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma
• CNA License in the state of practice or 75 Hour HHA Certificate
• Current hands on CPR Certification 
• 1+ years of CNA/HHA experience in a supervised setting within the past 3 years
• Proof of negative TB (titer/ chest X-Ray)
