PERSONAL CARE AIDE (PCA)
Sign-On Bonus / Daily Pay / PRN Shifts

8 hour weekend shifts avaialable in Arroyo Grande! 

PCAs, if you are looking for variety in your day to day job, Nursecore can be that place. We are in need of daytime caregivers for 8 hour shifts. The time is 8am-4pm Saturday and Sunday. 

NurseCore is proud to offer a $300 sign-on bonus to all new* PCA's upon completion of working 80 hours *Applicable to new NurseCore employees only.  Must mention “sign-on” bonus during application process.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for providing quality care to each patient in adherence with all laws, regulations and policies. Here are examples of some shifts we need covered:

Arroyo Grande 8a-4pm Saturday and Sunday 

Paso Robles ongoing 7p-7am

Santa Maria 7am-7pm ongoing

Qualifications

We have a variety of PCA openings available and are excited about matching you with a great opportunity! Take a look at the requirements below, to see what you’ll need to get started. 

  • Eighteen years or older

    *MUST BE FULLY VACCINATED AND BOOSTED AGAINST COVID-19*

  • Able to read and write consistent with job requirements

  • Successful completion of a training program in personal care services per state regulations

  • Current Registration with the State of California with HCA Registry

  • 1 year experience as a PCA in last three (3) years in a supervised setting
  • Current CPR (live demonstration only)
  • Negative TB/PPD or Chest X-Ray within the last 12 months
  • Proof of current physical completed within the last 12 months
  • Reliable means of transportation
  • Capable of moving, lifting and/or transferring clients without posing a danger to the client, co-worker or self
