Responsibilities

The Client Care Coordinator provides clerical support for clinical, recruitment, and credentialing.

     •   Data Entry for Plans of Treatment in compliance with state and federal regulations     •   Maintains and keeps physician orders current     •   Files patient and employee records     •   Conducts back office functions including authorizations, billing, collections and payroll     •   Conducts new employee orientation     •   Acts in absence of Client Care Supervisor     •   Exemplifies AWESome company standards     •   All other duties as assigned

Qualifications

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

Education:

  • High School graduate with an associate degree in a related field, or equivalent experience; College Degree strongly preferred.

Experience:

  • At least one year of training or experience in a service related industry.
  • At least one year of experience in home health care, with commercial insurance and private pay experience preferred.
  • Experience should emphasize problem solving skills in a patient care setting.
