Responsibilities

• Perform medication administration as assigned by and under the supervision of a nurse.

• Inform clinical supervisor of changes in client’s conditions.

• Document care given, observations and treatments.

• Comply with policies and procedures of facility.

• Ensure that facility and client’s equipment, supplies and belongings are safeguarded.

• Taking and recording BP, temperature, pulse and respiration.

• Maintaining clean and safe environment for clients.

• Ensure and protect clients’ rights and maintain confidentiality.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.

• Current medication aide certificate from state in which practicing.

• Minimum one year experience as Certified Medication Aide and/or Certified Nursing Assistant in supervised setting within past three (3) years.

• In compliance with state and Federal regulations, NurseCore has a mandatory COVID vaccination.
